Our Cumberland sausages are slightly different from the usual Cumberland sausage. Mostly they are made with a subtle peppery taste, but we’ve created a bold variation of this with added herbs, spices and black & white pepper, giving our Cumberland sausages a distinct and strong flavour. Don’t just take our word for it either, they have won a one-star Great Taste Award from the Guild of Fine Foods!
